Mel Gibson recently had his DUI expunged in Los Angeles.  This infamous case happened in 2006 after Mel Gibson had a few drinks at Moonshadow’s in Malibu.  After he was pulled over by a police officer he was caught on tape making some derogatory statements about Jews.  Gibson was placed on probation for 3 years and was a model citizen during that time.  That fact and having a good expungement lawyer helped clear his DUI.

An expungement will remove or seal a DUI from your record.   This can be very beneficial if you are applying for a job.  If you have been convicted of drunk driving an employer may be able to find that information.  By having the charge expunged, you may give yourself a better chance at future employment.
